Paolo was interviewed by SBS Italian here in Australia with his radio interview airing last week and going viral in his home region of Ciociaria through social media - we also hit the newstands in Ciociaria in Il Messagero newspaper on Sunday.
This (generous) headline from SBS has obviously gone straight to our pool room…

OCTOBER EVENTS » We have some fantastic food + wine matching events with local winemakers coming up for the October long weekend and at the end of October for the Orange Wine Festival - now would be a good time to reserve your tickets.

SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER SET MENU » we have decided to keep the current menu throughout October. If you are planning on a visit in October we would highly recommend securing your accommodation as soon as possible - it is peak tourism season with the Bathurst Races on from 6-8 October, Saturday 28 October is the Carcoar Show and the Orange Wine Festival is running throughout the entire month.
